Wild Walks

We had a fantastic trip out yesterday exploring the Fisherman's Walk in Portglenone. We have also explored the Roe Valley Country Park as part of our funding from Northern Health Lifestyle Partnership. A fantastic time had by all - meeting up, getting active and exploring new areas!

Better Days

The Better Days group have been learning new techniques and ideas on ways to better manage their chronic conditions over the last 6 weeks. We have looked at medications, nutrition, exercise and movement so far. We are looking forward to learning more over the next two sessions.
