Community Development Support 

Causeway Rural and Urban Network offers community development support including advice, support and training in Good Governance, Fundraising, Action-Planning and we are also an official helper organisation for the Northern Ireland Charities Commission.   ​We can support voluntary groups to constitute and provide support on your journey to charity registration.

CRUN is an OCN accredited centre delivering established and bespoke courses designed by CRUN staff, in Good Relations, Community Development, Citizenship and Employability Skills. The provision of accessible accredited community education has enabled participants to be involved in social and civic life and contribute to the development of their respective organisations.

We are also a networking agency and provide opportunities for groups to meet and learn together.  We also provide a range of accredited and unaccredited training in community development and fundraising as well as sign-posting service.

CRUN’s ethos is to develop a ‘Vision of the Local’ in partnership with the member groups of the network and works to build the links and plug the gaps to stimulate and support community involvement while building community confidence and cohesion
