Health Empowerment for Local People 

Help Supports participants, male and female aged 24+ living in the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area who are experiencing marginalisation due to their health and wellbeing.

The HELP Project aims to reduce dependency on medical services through the provision of bespoke social prescribing pathways for referral agents, link workers and community activists.

Entrance to the programme is through referral ONLY:
