CRUN wishes to appoint,
3 part time Youth Support Worker posts for the
Youth Empowerment and Resilience Project (YEAR)
 
Job Title:                  Youth Support Worker x 3
 
Duration of Post:    31st May 2024, maybe extended with further funding.
 
Salary Scale:           £ 11.58/hour
 
Hours:                       15-20 hours per week (additional hours, evening & weekend work may be required)
 
Location:                  CRUN Offices, 1 Brook Street, COLERAINE, BT52 1PW
 
Responsible to:      Project Co-Ordinator
 
Summary of Post:  The post will address the design and delivery of community-based youth inclusion programmes targeting at risk young people in the Causeway Coast and Glens Council area. The project seeks to address the key issues of increasing confidence and self-esteem, motivation and employment opportunities to help young people re-engage with their communities through inclusive social activities, volunteering opportunities, education and training. The Project Coordinator will play a lead role in this process, with the support of the youth support workers.
