Health Empowerment for Local People 

Help Supports participants of all genders aged 24+ living in the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area who are experiencing marginalisation due to their health and wellbeing.

The HELP Project aims to reduce dependency on medical services through the provision of bespoke social prescribing pathways for referral agents, link workers and community activists.

Entrance to the programme is through referral ONLY:

There are two referral pathways: Medical and Community

          Medical 

• Community pharmacists
• Community Mental Health Teams
• Multidisciplinary Teams and GP Surgeries
• Wellness Hubs 

         Community 

• Community Advice Causeway
• Women's Aid
• Causeway Volunteer Centre 
• Surestart
